Black and White themed painting exhibition in Dharamshala.

In the second capital of Himachal, Dharamshala, the Kangra Art Museum has organised a three day exhibition and workshop. The exhibition is themed on black and white print paintings made with different techniques. In this exhibition artists not only from country but also from across the globe are participating. The exhibition was inaugurated by ADM Kangra Dr. Harish Gajju.


You can explore paintings from Indian artists hailing from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali and Delhi and international artists from Malaysia, Greece, Thailand, Turkey, Russia, Greece, Austria and Kazakhstan. In total there are 67 artists who will be displaying their work in the exhibition.


These black and white themed print paintings are made employing different techniques with Pencil and Charcoal. 


Good news for budding artists is, that a workshop has also been organised to support them and this workshop will be held till 28th of June. The main aim of the workshop is to encourage young artists and help them. Senior artist Parvinder Lal apprised the reporters with information that from past three years this exhibition is being held in Dharamshala to support art and artists.
