Bringing in novel idea of not relying on personal identifiable items (PII).

You have been conditioned over the years to spill out personal identifiable items (PII), such as email and mobile numbers unwittingly during registration on many websites, many of them make sense asking you for that, not all; but with an appallingly long streak of PII being exposed over the internet over the years, we are trying a different approach, there are challenges to it no doubt.

You will be provided with a securely randomly generated 16 digit number for instance 2594-9348-7536-3457, unique to each individual; this will be your identification ID with us. You will have to remember this ID, best keep a note of it in a password manager which you should be using if not or plain old style in a paper notebook, which we do not recommend though, mentioning as it might be convenient for few, but we reckon please do make use of a password manager as it is more secure. We are not introducing this mechanism, it is already used in many privacy focused appliactions.

Similar to existing practice you will have to provide us with your password for authentication and in subsequent phases we will introduce TOTP and Webauthn as part of second factor authentication process. We are also looking into password-less mechanism of authentication and will introduce in due course.
