- Any advertisement content deemed adult content, political, religious, weaponry, drugs related, offensive, obnoxious, racist or discriminatory will be out right rejected. We reserve the right to judge which advertisement is apt for our platform.
- We will ask for some form of identification proof who is submitting the advertisement and if you are a registered company we would require authorization scanned copy on company letter head from an authorized personnel, stating permission given to us to publish the advertisement. We are not interested in accumulating this data, you are free to obfuscate identification number on scanned copy of identification proof, only thing we need is photo, name and address. We need this as part of lawful due diligence. You can review our privacy policy for more details.
- As part of due diligence you will be required to have a short video call for the first time to validate your identification proof submitted to us. Please be advised video call will be on a existing privacy focused platform so be ready for some change, it will not be some easy peasy, free, ready to go app. Change your outlook.
- Please review sample advertisement listing just to see how an advertisement will look and feel. You can submit to us two images to be used in the advertisement, similar to a marketing pamphlet along with simple message and contact details. We can accommodate custom changes but it will depend on technical feasibility, idea is to keep advertisement page clean and concise and easy to load. We understand every customer will have different needs, we will accommodate as much as possible to best of our capabilities.
- Please be advised, this is a privacy focused platform, we do not indulge in survelliance based data collection. The analytics provided will be devoid of personal identifiable items. Respect your prospect customers privacy believe in your product rather depend on cheap tricks for competitive leverage, it is short term gain, customers loose trust in you. They will be on a constant lookout for an exit, believe it or not.
- In case of disputes we encourage you to solve the issue outside the court, we neither intend to cause you any trouble nor cause us any, matters can be solved off the court amicably. Still situation arises you want to satiate your ego, all cases will be heard in Chandigarh court only and all the expense in any form towards the case will be bourne by you.
- Payment related issue if any will be solved as soon as possible from our end, please be patient in this matter.
