The state BJP incharge Avinash Rai Khanna said that the real face of the Congress is finally out in open after they passed order to stop construction work at Central University (CU) in Dharamsala. Congress has always discriminated land of Kangra, they simply fail to care, they have no interest in the development of Kangra. 

BJP leader said this while addressing a gathering for a function (Panna Pramukh Samellan) in Dadi Maidan on Friday. He pointed that the BJP’s candidate Kishan Kapoor in the last Lok Sabha elections won by a huge margin of 4,77,623 votes and that this was the biggest victory in the country and this time too the Bharatiya Janata Party will continue this tradition in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. 

He reinforced that, once again, Kamal (Lotus, party symbol of BJP) will bloom in Kangra district and PM Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of India for the third time. 

With respect to Congress party, he said that, the work of building was suppose to start with the funding of 250 crore, however the Congress government has failed to deposit 30 crore which is a small portion State government has to pool in, but this amount never came in and work has stalled. While the Ministry of Environment and Forests gave clearance to the project in the month of June, it looks that the current Congress government is anti-development and education. 

Khanna further divulged that, Dharamsala in Hamachal Pradesh is called the second capital, but gradually shifting of departmental offices continues, this is really concerning.
